Policies
Refund Policy:
We have a strict no refund policy. Please be mindful of this policy when signing your child up for classes. If you have an unexpected scheduling change and there is space in a class that better fits your schedule, we will be happy to transfer your child into the under enrolled class.
All tuition paid is non-refundable and non-transferable AFTER the session has begun. A full tuition refund* may be given if requested more than 1 week before the session begins. A 50% tuition refund* may be given if requested within the week before the session begins. All refunds and credits will be subjected to a $25 administrative fee. Space in a class will not be held without full payment of session fees.
All refund requests involving injuries or illness requires a doctor's note** and must be submitted within two weeks of the first class missed.
Head Over Heels is in no way obligated to provide credits. In some extenuating instances, we are able to drop your child from a class and credit your internal Head Over Heels account for the balance of the classes. Examples of these extenuating circumstances are serious injury or serious illness with a doctor's note**, or class cancelation on the part of Head Over Heels. This credit would be applied to another class in another session or toward camp. These credits are completely at the discretion of Head Over Heels and must be used for classes or camp within one year of the date that the credit is issued.
ALL registration fees are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Under no circumstances will the registration fee be refunded or credited to your account.
*Minus a $25 administrative fee

Make-Up Policy:
Make-ups are not a part of HOH's program. We offer a make-up class as a courtesy to our patrons in under enrolled classes, not to exceed the size limit of the class. One (1) make-up class, per student, per enrolled class, may be scheduled for Preschool, Recreational Gymnastics, Recreational Circus, Martial Arts, Girls & Boys Level I - III, Dance, and Trampoline. The make-up must be scheduled with the front desk in the same class in which the student is enrolled, during the session in which the student missed the class - absolutely no exceptions. For example if your child is enrolled in a Gym Kid class, the make-up would have to be in a Gym Kid class. This would mean if there are only two classes running per week and both classes are full, there are no make-ups available for that class.
Make-up spaces are extremely limited and on a first come, first serve basis. When a client schedules one of these spaces it makes the space unavailable to another client who might also want to do a make-up class. For this reason when a client schedules a make-up class, that class will count as their make-up whether they attend the class or not.
See the front desk to schedule a make-up class.
