Class Goals
This class is for girls who have completed the list of requirements in Girls Level 1 to move up to Level 2. Children will learn properly executed cartwheels, round offs, front handsprings and front flips. Conditioning focuses on the development of the muscle groups in the upper body. Each weekly class is 90 minutes long and includes a 10 min. warm up, conditioning, and two events.

Squat onto 12” off the floor bar

Front handspring
20 feet run, front tuck flip off a spring board into pit
Trampoline
5 jumps with arm circles
Sit drop, straddle jump, full twist (routine)
Forward tuck flip into pit
Conditioning
Handstand on the floor
10 second tucked hold hanging on a bar
5 push ups on beams
5 pull ups (may be spotted)
5 second hold on baby rings
5 second pull up hold
8” rope climb with legs
